Who are these programs for?
My programs are designed for beginners to intermediate individuals who want to lose fat, build strength, and stay consistent. Whether you’re a working professional, student or managing home responsibilities this is built to fit your lifestyle.
Do I need gym equipment to join your classes?
No, you can start with minimal or no equipment. I also guide you on how to progressively add weights (dumbbells/resistance bands) as you get stronger.
Will I get a diet plan with the group workout program?
Diet plans are available as an add-on. I provide simple, practical and sustainable nutrition guidance. No crash dieting or unrealistic restrictions.
Are your workouts beginner-friendly?
Yes. I always provide modifications and progressions so you can train at your own pace while still being challenged.
What results can I expect?
With consistency, you can expect fat loss, improved strength, better stamina, and overall lifestyle changes. I’ve helped clients transform from 119 kg to 85 kg but results depend on your effort and consistency.
How are the classes conducted?
For Group workout, sessions are live online (6-7 clients in a group) so you get real-time guidance, corrections, and accountability , just like a personal training environment.
How many days a week are the classes?
Classes are conducted Monday to Friday every week. Exact schedules are shared once you enroll.
What if I miss a class or am not able to attend due to emergency ?
Exceptions are always taken into consideration, we can either send you workout routine or you can attend class in a different batch timings
Do you offer personal training?
Yes, I offer 1:1 and couple personal training with customized workout and nutrition plans based on your goals(Pre Natal/ Post partum/ athletic conditioning/ old age couple)
How do I get started?
You can book a consultation or trial class to understand the program better and see if it’s the right fit for you.
Is this suitable for PCOS/thyroid/weight loss?
Yes, my approach focuses on strength training and sustainable nutrition, which works effectively for fat loss, PCOS and metabolic health. However, programs are adjusted based on individual needs.
Do I need prior fitness experience?
Not at all. Many of my clients start from zero – I guide you step by step.
